Criteria: This category is open to newly constructed multifamily projects that demonstrate outstanding execution of the developer’s functional and aesthetic objectives to target a specific demographic. The judges will discuss the project’s architecture, curb appeal, space planning and unit layouts, and awareness of target demographic/market. This category is open to new developments, or projects that completed something major in 2024.
Please note that MHN defines a mid-rise community as having 5-10 stories.
